King Street is a charming cobbled street nestled in the heart of the city centre. Situated within the beautiful City Walls, guests will be able to access all that Chester has to offer including shops, restaurants, historic architecture and so much more. 29 King Street is a former Blacksmiths Cottage dating from 1773 so the property is full of character with a fascinating history. A peaceful retreat and a superb base for exploring our wonderful city, we hope everyone will enjoy their time here.

The Grosvenor Park is 30 seconds walk from the rear of the house, which hosts numerous events/concerts in the simmer. It also has a miniature railway for the children to ride on. The Park also has a play area for children. The property is ideal for families, romantic getaways or for your business trip.

Pipers Ash is a quaint small hamlet surrounded by green belt, set at the highest point of Chester next to the historical millennium beacon. Perfectly situated just two miles from the beautiful historic Chester city centre. Take a short car ride or just half an hours walk. Chester Zoo is just five minutes drive away. There are many lovely country walks and of course some fabulous country pubs. The trendy suburb of Hoole is only 15 minutes walk. Here you will find bars restaurants and shops.

Charming Canalside Cottage
Our comfortable cottage has easy access into the heart of Chester. The garden gate opens onto the canal towpath with a ten minute stroll up to our local Cheshire Cat pub. Alternatively, stay in and snuggle up with the wood burner. On a fine day, turn left out of the back gate for a pleasant 35 minute walk, following the canal directly into the beautiful city of Chester. Maybe take a boat trip on the river Dee? Alternatively, Chester Zoo is just a 10 minute drive, continuing down the A41.

A quaint cottage, at Aston Hill Farm, Ewloe
This is a newly refurbished cottage, which was originally a farm workers cottage, on a dairy farm. It’s quaint and very nicely finished. The log burner makes the sitting room very cosy. The cottage is attached to a stable block, and forms a u-shape of out-buildings, including our carpentry workshop. The main farmhouse is close by, but separate. We have large gardens, which guest are welcome to use, including a barbecue and pizza oven. Rural location, but close to lots of amenities.

The cottage is within walking distance to shops, restaurants/bars as well as to the Story House, Chester market, race course, river and cathedral. The cottage is full of character including low beamed ceilings, narrow spiral staircase and inglenook fireplace offering the perfect stay for two people.

Located beneath Bickerton Hill, Hope Cottage is set in a small rural village. The cottage is NOT suitable for children.

Situated on the main road through the village the cottage is less than a 1 minute walk to the local gastro pub. Just around the corner is the historic Bridgewater canal.
