Monthly Rentals in Chewton

We had a pleasant, peaceful stay in Laurelle's cute cottage. Though compact, we didn't feel cramped and also enjoyed the provided breakfast in the courtyard. Handy location to the events we had on in Castlemaine and surrounds. Pleasant walk to the local pub for dinner in its lovely beer garden. Laurelle communicated with us well during our stay. So nice to meet you (and your granddaughter!)

This place is fantastic! A unique comfy home. Heaps of room. Super clean. Very comfy beds! I cannot think of a single criticism. it was perfection. Would happily stay again.

We had a wonderful escape for a couple of nights in a really peaceful and beautiful setting. While I could talk about how it matched its description, that the place was spotless, or that sitting in front of the fire felt so homely, there were a couple of things that stood out for me personally. Firstly, as someone who has managed to have tatami rooms in a few houses that I have lived in, and unfortunately doesn't have the space now, being able to sit on tatami and just chat was just lovely. Secondly, as someone who has spent many hours in sento in Japan, being able to sit on a stool and wash before hopping in a deep bath brought back wonderful memories. So all in all, a wonderful space with a really responsive host.

We had a wonderful time , Roberta was so friendly and attentive. The decor was really lovely. The bed was comfortable and the sheets really luxurious. Everything was perfect, the location is fabulous such a short walk to town. We loved staying here and will be back again. The porch was a superhighway for the birds so delightful. Lots of attention to details to make your stay just fabulous. Loved the two bathrooms, ducted heating was cozy and warm. All our needs were covered thanks again Roberta.
