Villa Piersepp is located near the Alcantara river in one of the most beautiful areas of Eastern Sicily, it is in the middle of a huge land, a plantation of 25,000 square meters with trees of Pecans, Lemons, Oranges, Mandarins ..... an oasis of peace very similar to a park that will make you relax and will be your starting point for the many excursions that the area offers. The Heart of the Villa is the large saltwater swimming pool and gym which is located right in the middle of the park.

The Ionio is a mini apartment ideal for 2-3 people. It is located on the ground floor of the "Window to the Sea" structure. On this level there is one large double room, a single room (see separate listing), a shared bathroom and balcony. Both rooms have air conditioners, high ceilings and also retain Sicilian features. The bathroom was recently renovated.
