Holiday rentals in Chianchitta-Pallio

Check-in was easy by prior arrangement. Salvatore welcomed us personally and explained everything well. He is very friendly and always easy to reach. Although the hosts live next door, privacy is given at all times. The apartment is very spacious, the kitchen is well equipped and everything is very clean. We didn't miss anything. The villa itself is fantastically beautiful. On the terrace you are surrounded by numerous Mediterranean potted plants and have a direct view of the sea. Although there are numerous restaurants, cafes and bars in the immediate vicinity, we preferred to sit on "our" terrace and enjoy the evening atmosphere. After day excursions, it is also very pleasant to relax on the "private beach" and take a bath in the sea. Beach chairs, umbrella, air mattress, everything is available. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be happy to come back any time. Many thanks to Salvatore!

This place is heavenly !!!! Hidden away in a lemon orchard with a beautiful pool! Hosts are amazing !!

Beautiful apartment with everything you need on vacation. Supermarket and restaurant are about 10 minutes by car and in and around Nicolosi there are numerous providers for Etna hikes or quad tours. Alessandro was super helpful with lots of tips for the area and even contacts for Etna hikes. Everything very clean and a small supply of water and cooking basics in the kitchen. The apartment is a little bit noisy, but that's not too bad. Even when the owners were there, they were very quiet and even gave us fresh tomatoes and herbs from the garden! Absolutely recommended!

Super! We highly recommend this place!

The place was really very nice. I traveled with a friend and we had the entire garden area, the pool, and the kitchen to ourselves for 7 days. We rented a car and were also able to park it in the yard. The town of Monterosso is not very touristy, which we liked very much to get an insight into the life of locals. Regarding the room, I can only say that it was very tidy and everything necessary was available. The only thing you should know is that the bed is a little hard. Otherwise, everything was really great. The stay was super relaxing and we enjoyed it very much.

Had a wonderful time at Francesco's place! He and Giovanna were very welcoming and generous hosts, sharing local recommendations and even some home made wine! The pool was the perfect spot to cool off after a hot day and the house was well placed for excursions to Etna. Thank you both for a delightful stay !

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Luigi's place. Thank you for hosting us. The house was indeed quite unique and interesting. Clearly a lot of effort has been put in to wonderful decoration of the house. It is a great experience to stay there. The pictures don't do it justice - it's better than advertised. Looking forward to staying there in the future.
