The Garden Villa Kujukuri You can rent the entire 200 m² resort villa near the sea. With a maximum capacity of 15 people and pets allowed, you can enjoy it with multiple families, groups of friends, and your favorite pets. It is conveniently located 90 minutes by car from Tokyo, 10 minutes on foot to the beach (Shirako Coast), and 1 minute on foot to a convenience store, making it popular with families with children. Outdoors, you can enjoy a barrel sauna and open-air bath (water bath available) while looking out at the palm trees and large garden. There is also a covered BBQ space and a fire pit on the wood deck. In addition, the entire yard is surrounded by a fence, so it is a private dog run. Indoors, there is a ping pong table in the playroom and board/card games in the living room. You can watch Netflix on the large TV in the living room. Hello everyone. I am Yutaka & Lino, and I live with my family of three in Tokyo. This villa in Chiba Prefecture is surrounded by beautiful scenery and is a very relaxing home. Our villa is inconvenient to access by train, so I recommend coming by car. Passing through a narrow rice field road, there is a three-story house with a garden. There is Wi-Fi and a workspace on the 1st and 2nd floors, making it comfortable for long workations. The ■first floor is a kitchen & living room adjacent to the garden 　Feel free to use the wine cellar and hot plates The ■2nd floor is a bedroom with large windows and sunlight streaming in 　Relax by the fireplace 　You can watch your favorite videos on the projector The rooftop terrace on the■ 3rd floor has a beach bed, folding pool, and hot water shower ■The large yard has a pond and you can dine on a wooden deck surrounded by nature At night, you can enjoy a bonfire and glamping while watching the starry sky You can also enjoy BBQ in the garden if you bring a BBQ set (* We do not sell charcoal, etc. Thank you for your understanding) 10 minutes by car to the sea. We named it Balifornia because it was designed with Bali and California beach resorts in mind. There are no adjacent houses, so you can enjoy the outdoors with peace of mind! It is on the street, so there is some traffic during the day, but there are almost no cars at night, so it is a quiet private space. In addition to the living room, there are two twin rooms and one full room (two sofa beds). It can accommodate up to 8 guests. (One bed per person) We also refuse entry to more than 8 people. (Excluding infants, so please contact us about children!) If you break the rules, you will be asked to leave at the time of discovery and will not be refunded. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Pets are not allowed. As a general rule, we do not provide condiments for hygiene reasons, so please bring your own.
