Very nice and functional house. You can park right in front of the door. Super quiet country, ideal for exploring the area. Very helpful and accurate host. We only stayed one night but we had a great time.

Really nice house, it turned out to be perfect for our group. Very well-kept rustic mountain style, with everything you need to take advantage of the spaces; we enjoyed in particular the garden equipped thanks to the very pleasant temperatures on the days we stayed, beautiful view, privacy and peace. The location is excellent to reach with little effort the many places to visit nearby, from Santo Stefano di Sessanio and Rocca Calascio, to Campo Imperatore, as well as the L'Aquila. Luigi and Antonia are hosts who are attentive to details, super helpful and very quick to respond to every need, they also directed us well for excellent arrosticini, cooked at the barbecue in the garden. STRACONSIGLIATO!

Casa Paradiso is a place of peace and tranquility. Very spacious and with a beautiful garden that our dogs loved. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Federico and his mom are very nice and helpful. Upon arrival we found everything we needed for breakfast. The apartment is in a quiet area, has an equipped kitchen. Indoor parking is available. I recommend it.

We spent seven weeks in Franco's loft house. Everything was perfect! The place is extremely quiet and the views are breathtaking. Franco is a discreet but extremely available and responsive host. Communication was excellent before our arrival and throughout the stay. Montesilvano Colle is a very pretty village and it is the starting point for many walks, each more wonderful than the last. One thing is certain: if we can return to this accommodation, we won't hesitate for a second!

What to say about Nadia's house… perhaps the most suitable thing is a return to the past when as children we went to the classic mountain houses with their smells and silences. Nadia's house is a 360º experience, because the house is warm and welcoming, it is quiet and has a spectacular view, especially in the evening over the valley. The fireplace then makes it magical as soon as it is lit. Nadia incredibly anticipates your every possible need and helps you with her availability. But what we think made everything 10 stars were also the incredible people we met. From the gentleman at the market, always kind and helpful, to Loredana at the “Rustica” butcher shop, whose husband brought us to his house giving us wood for the fireplace and embers (of course at home he also offered me a glass of wine) and she who booked the restaurant and whose meat is absolutely worth trying because it's special. In short, I highly recommend it and if we come back, it will obviously be here.

Alfredo is an excellent host. Communication was always very prompt and he even allowed us to check in early. The apartment is spacious, clean and extremely well located for the beach and the town.

The house surrounded by olive trees creates an atmosphere of relaxation in absolute silence, all surrounded by a really deserving view. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your stay (dishes, towels...). Bruno was a very kind host and always ready to help us! The places he recommended left us pleasantly satisfied.

Katia and Francesco immediately proved to be two friendly and cordial people who advised us on activities and places to visit in the area. The house is furnished with new furniture and in perfect condition, equipped with every comfort and everything that each of us has in our own apartment, but above all we found impeccable cleanliness. Convenient parking space inside the property, in 5 minutes on foot you reach the beach, both equipped beach and very large and well-kept free beach. Nearby there is every kind of store. The initiatives of the various municipalities to entertain tourists are also excellent. There is also a lot to visit in the hinterland. Abruzzo is really nice and convenient to visit. A special mention for Katia's dad, a really lovely person.

Amazing accommodation, where you can find literally everything you could need during your stay 😊 Thanks to that I really felt like at my home. The balcony is also great, where you can have a glass of prosecco in the evening. The apartment is just a few steps from the main promenade and the beach, which is an amazing location. We stayed at Fabrizio's apartment for more than a month. Everything was absolutely perfect! Fabrizio's dad is a sweetest person, he helped us with literally everything ☺️The location is just top, there is a view of both mountains and the seaside from the terrace. You have pizzeria da Michele and amazing ice cream place just 5 min walk away, and there is even a supermarket in the building. Apartment is clean and spacious, there is everything you would need. 100% recommended!

The room is really central, perfect for those who want to experience the city center on foot! The environment is beautiful, tastefully furnished and welcoming. In general, the cleanliness was good, although I found some dust in some corners. The bed was slightly uncomfortable, but still suitable for short stays. Fabrizio was immediately very helpful and kind. Despite these small details, I highly recommend this property for its unbeatable location and pleasant atmosphere!
