TAZAWA BOAA inn is a private rental guest house located at the foot of Mt. Jokansan, where paragliders fly, and at the hidden hot spring "Tazawa Onsen", which was opened in the Asuka period. We have put a lot of effort into making sure that you can enjoy a relaxing stay in a quiet environment with plenty of nostalgia, along with the large red pine trees that are over 100 years old. The public bath "Yunyu" is a 1-minute walk away and has excellent spring quality! Please try it first. There is a bar counter in the living room in front of the first floor. There is also a sturdy Brazilian hammock in each room. There is also an American retro piano, a gut guitar, and a special audio system. Enjoy music to your heart's content during your stay. The courtyard is designated as a fruit orchard, and we are experimenting with growing fruits that grow even in the cool Shinshu. In 2021, we renovated a house in the town of Bessho Onsen, Ueda, Shinshu, and opened it as an accommodation facility.Up to 9 people can stay in one unit.From 35,000 yen for up to 5 guests (special rates available), with an additional 3,000 yen for each additional guest.As it is a private space for one group per day, you can relax without any worries, even if you have small children.There is also Wi-Fi, and two rooms on the second floor are equipped with desks, mini-fridges and electric kettles, making it the perfect accommodation for a workation where you can travel while working. There are four outdoor baths within walking distance, as well as numerous shrines and temples that house national treasures and important cultural properties, including Kitamuki Kannon.If you continue a little further, you can visit Shioda-daira, known as "Shinshu's Kamakura", which is a Japan Heritage site and home to the Nogura Dosojin couple. The kitchen is also fully equipped, so you can cook your own meals.You are welcome to use the fridge, rice cooker, microwave, IH heater, electric kettle, and more.A supermarket (Tsuruya) and a convenience store are about a 10-minute drive away. This is an old house located in Aoki Village, Shinshu, at the foot of Mt. Fujin. The entire house can accommodate up to 12 people. For 2 people on a weekday, it starts from 10,000 yen. (This varies depending on the season.) The pricing is very reasonable, with an additional 4,000 yen for each additional person. (Children under 3 years old stay for free. Children under 3 years old must sleep with an adult. In 2017, it was named the best village to live in in the whole country. The entire house is rented out, so it is used by families and groups. I am a Superhost. You can use it like a cottage. Since it is a private rental, you can relax without any interference from other guests. 　The guest rooms are two large adjoining rooms, one 10 tatami mats and the other 12 tatami mats. It is an old house located next to the Shinano Kokubun-ji Temple, and the building is over 170 years old. After that, it has been maintained as a comfortable dwelling in line with the times. Please enjoy the large building on the spacious grounds. The landlord lives in Tokyo. Several times a year, he may return to manage the estate. The grounds are large, so gardening and weeding are hard work. You will not be sharing with outside guests. It will be private.
