[Quiet autumn in Nagano and the Northern Alps] Private rental for up to 12 people | Two types of authentic sauna

Based in Nagano, at the foot of the Northern Alps, embark on a leisurely journey to Hakuba, Matsumoto, Narai-juku, Togakushi, Hida-Takayama and more. November is a quiet season before winter arrives. Recommended for those who want to get away from the crowds and enjoy Nagano's nature and historic towns at a leisurely pace. Drive to various places during the day. When you return to the accommodation, relax in the two types of saunas and cold-water baths. Please spend a quiet time in the countryside while relaxing in a warm room at night. It is a private rental that can accommodate up to 12 people, but it is also recommended for couples and small groups. There is also a washing machine and a bathroom dryer, making it comfortable even for stays of 3 nights or more. Every day, I go to a different place, such as Hakuba, Matsumoto, Narai-juku, Togakushi, Azumino, Omachi, and even Hida-Takayama, and in the evening, I return to the same inn and relieve my fatigue in the sauna. Please use it as a base for a leisurely trip around Nagano. You can also come by public transportation, but having a car is more convenient. Free pick-up and drop-off is available at Shinano Matsukawa Station and Meisha Station.Other transfers and sightseeing transfers are available for ¥2,000 to ¥8,000 (return) within 2 hours one-way.Please consult with us in advance for groups of 5 or more. I spent a year and six months completely renovating it by myself, paying meticulous attention to every detail from a guest's perspective. It has been designed to be a special space where you can forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life and relax completely. Designed with two people in mind, it has high ceilings and feels surprisingly spacious. It is a calming space where you can feel the warmth of wood, and from the windows, you can enjoy the changing 모습 of the forest in each season. We offer a luxurious experience where you can wake up to the light of the mountains in the morning and spend the evening gazing at the starry sky. It is also an ideal base for skiing, backcountry skiing, hiking and forest walks, and is recommended for couples and partners looking for a stay in harmony with nature. Although it is hidden in the forest, it is only a few minutes from Hakuba's ski resorts and cafes. We provide pick-up and drop-off services to and from Hakuba Station and the Happo Bus Terminal. We can also pick you up from Nagano Station, so please let us know if you would like us to do so. You can arrive seamlessly without having to wait for a bus.

Limited to one group per day, Mökki is a small cottage with a garden by a stream

Mökki means "cottage" in Finnish. Spend your time in a special place surrounded by nature. Guest house Mökki is located in Shinano-cho, which is blessed with forests, lakes and snow in the northern part of Nagano Prefecture, and there are many natural places such as Kurohime Kogen, Lake Nojiri and Togakushi nearby. You will have full access to a comfortable building renovated with natural materials such as cedar, cypress, and plaster, a natural garden that creates seasonal views, and a forest with a stream.In the forest that we have been maintaining, you can see birds, squirrels, and raccoon dogs, and you can enjoy strolling around looking for wild vegetables and mushrooms, as well as swings and hammocks. We have also paid special attention to the interior of the room and kitchen utensils so that you can enjoy 'living'. At the pavilion by the stream, you can enjoy BBQ and campfires without worrying about the weather. It is ideal as a base for hiking, fishing, paddleboarding and golf in the green season, and as a base for winter sports in the snow season. This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)
