We are small producers of sheep wool, which makes you live the experience of staying in a Patagonian ranch, a unique experience. Additional services with extra costs include a hot tub from August to May and fly fishing trips in season

The House of 3 Spots in Matanzas

The House of 3 Spots is the first project of the new touristic center called "Centinela de Matanzas". It is located in the best surf, windsurf and kitesurf spot in Chile. Its name comes from the stunning view of 3 of the main spots in the area: Matanzas, Las Brisas and "Roca Cuadrada". The house is on a surface of 8.744 s.q.m area and located above at 100 meters over the sea level.
