A minimalist two-storey house of 150 m2 with unique architecture, located in the middle of a native forest with a completely unobstructed view of the valley. It has a large tinaja, a living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen, a triple-height entrance hall, two large master bedrooms with super king-size beds, pellet stove heating, terraces on two levels, a gas barbecue and Starlink Wi-Fi. A 4x4 is required to get up to the house; if you don't have one, your car can be parked downstairs and we'll take you up. *Tinaja with additional charge. *We offer massages!

To access the house, you have to climb a staircase from the car park, which is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The Buried House (La Casa Enterrada)

The "buried house" is the second project of the new touristic center called "Centinela de Matanzas". The name of the house comes from its exclusive design, It was built underground in a natural ravine to find a balance between the view of the sea and its surroundings, visually polluting as little as possible. The "burried house" has 110 square meters built on two floors embedded in a natural ravine and a terrace of 50 square meters above at 100 meters over the sea level.
