This beautifully presented extremely clean Private Studio/Guest House is all you need when you are on medical placement or visiting the area. Only 5 mins drive to any Hospital and shops and bus stops are all within 5 min walk. Luxury Queen Bed, built in robes, desk/lounge area, bar fridge. TV and wireless internet. Fully equipped kitchenette with all you need to make a basic meal by using 2 x hot plates and a microwave that turns into a grill and oven. Private entrance with off street parking.

As you enter the ivy-covered Balinese gates, be prepared to be transported into another world! Also be prepared to walk the steps to the top. (70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. It's separate from the main house and has front and back doors, a fenced deck and barbecue area. There is a hairdryer, ironing board and iron supplied. The kitchen has a large fridge, electric cook top and microwave oven. Relax in front of the 50 inch TV, watch Netflix or play a game.The retreat is heated and cooled by a split system.

Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.
