We have completely renovated the back of the house to accommodate you comfortably. The front part of the house is not yet accessible, which does not prevent you from enjoying the entire park that borders the lake (1800 m²). The beach is 50 m from the house.

The studio is located on the ground floor of our house. Pleasant 40 m² living room, on the ground floor with south-facing terrace and mountain views. You are 15 minutes from Aix-les-Bains and 30 minutes from Annecy. 8 minutes by car, you have shops and restaurants in Grésy-sur-Aix. We offer a room with a separate entrance. This room is part of a farmhouse renovated with organic and eco-friendly materials (just like the Airbnb room). We are located on the heights of a Savoyard village, on the Chemin de Compostelle, 5 minutes from the highway, 50 minutes from Lyon, 20 minutes from Chambéry and 40 minutes from Annecy. We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.

Countryside stay in an unpretentious private 50m2 garden level. Ideal for nature-loving athletes. The owners live on the upper floor but are very discreet. The cottage is located near Lac du Bourget. Here no Wi-Fi or TV but books and board games . Our cottage does NOT ACCEPT ANIMALS. Ready for a 3 seater canoe, but provide roof bars for transportation .
