Όλα βρίσκονται σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών με τα πόδια: σούπερ μάρκετ, φαρμακεία, εστιατόρια, λιμάνι και αξιοθέατα, ενώ οι παραλίες είναι μόλις 10 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο. Μεσολαβεί μία κενή ημέρα μεταξύ κρατήσεων για μέγιστη υγιεινή, προσφέροντας δυνατότητα early check-in και late check-out για άνετη διαμονή.

My Cool House

A minimal decorated appartment very close to the sea (200m)with great view. The big garden full of olive trees and many mediterranean plants completes the view from the balconys. House's proximity to all the famous and luxury resorts and other famous islands ( like spetses) makes your experience to Porto Heli unforgettable. Finally guests can bring their own boat as there is a private jetty very close to the villa (0,2 Km) , where they can use it for free and keep their boats safe and secure.

Villa Salanti offers a serene retreat featuring two private beaches. Just a few meters from the beach, a patio invites you to enjoy breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. Inside the house, you'll find two bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with comfortable seating, and one and a half bathrooms. The Old Harbor house

The house is on the 1st floor of an old mansion, recently renovated and located in the Old Harbor just 20m from the sea. It offers wonderful sea view. Big families and friends can easily be accommodated. It's close to famous restaurants and bars. There is a mini market in 1min walking distance. You can take a sea taxi or horse carriage just 100m from the house. The town center & port of the island is 20min walking distance or 5min by taxi, horse carriage or motorcycle/bicycle.

The house is detached, quiet, a bit high up on the hillside in an authentic and preserved environment. You will be dazzled by the extraordinary view of the sea. It is surrounded by olive trees, two lemon trees and a fig tree. Its two terraces, each with its own shaded pergola, offer a beautiful 180° view of the sea and the neighbouring hills.

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture.
