Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Chittenden County

This was just the kind of place my family and I were looking for! It was peaceful, comfortable, and provided perfect access to Lake Champlain. Everything was provided for us: linens, towels, pots and pans, a grill and even kayaks and the pfds. Ilya was very polite and responsive.

My husband and I stayed with our dog for a few nights and felt just as cozy as if we were at home the entire time! We live in Boston so being in a home in a quiet neighborhood was like an oasis for us. Especially having a backyard space to take our dog out to in the mornings and evenings. We were within 5 minutes or less driving distance from everything we wanted to do downtown, it was perfect. We probably could have walked to a few places but I’m pregnant and couldn’t be bothered. 😂 Overall very satisfied with the stay and would stay there again!

Exceeded our expectations. Kristine was super responsive and extremely helpful. The cabin is so spacious and peaceful. Easy drive from Burlington and other surrounding towns. Planning our next stay already!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Eva’s place. Very convenient to coffee shops, restaurants, hiking etc. Will be back!

This was a great place to stay for a visit to Burlington. There is so much to do nearby, and the area felt super safe. We walked all around town while we were there. Several great breweries are super close. The Church Street district was further away, but still walkable (2 miles each way). The apartment itself was cozy and had a a great layout. It was decorated beautifully, and the bed was comfortable.

The location was perfect—private and peaceful, just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor shower was such a delightful surprise; the water was perfectly hot, and we loved being able to shower under a sky full of stars. Beth was a wonderful host, always accommodating and responsive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again!"

John was super nice!!! my boyfriend and i took a trip for our anniversary and he was very proactive in telling us directions on how to get here. it was very much camping (was a tent with a big mattress and port o potty) but was soooo scenic, unique, and cool!! was directly on a waterfall which was loud but peaceful and awesome!! There was a fireplace and s’mores ingredients provided as well as a hammock under the bright stars! John also cooked us breakfast each day. great hosts and such a beautiful place to live with nothing else around (until burlington a half hour away!!)

It had everything I needed and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Anne Marie even had a fire going in the fireplace for my arrival. Even though this spot would be ideal in the summer because it's right on the lake, I found it to be very beautiful and comfortable in the dead of winter. It was plenty warm, and easy to get in and out. I couldn't be happier with both the home and the host.

Sam was a super great host! Will definitely be back, felt right at home 🏡 he was super nice with anything that I needed! Very professional!
