This place was wonderful—cozy, clean, great location, comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen. Felt right at home. Patty was awesome in communication with everything from start to finish!

Betsy Lee is friendly and helpful! She greeted us when we arrived and made us feel comfortable instantly. An eagle perched on a branch less than 100 ft away from the porch, and regularly patrolled the creek over the 4 days and nights that we enjoyed in the subtle creek sounds and early signs of spring. With Rickets Glen close by, this is likely to be a destination we revisit in the future. If you are looking for local things to do, Betsy Lee has you covered… and if you just want to lounge the hours away in the romantic tree nest apartment and porch, she’s more than happy to give you your privacy. This was my family's third stay with Deb. As with prior visits, everything was perfect. There isn't anything that you could possibly need during your visit that hasn't been tucked away somewhere in this rental for your use. The generous and wide array of breakfast and snack items provided is absolutely the cherry on top. As if they could improve on the outdoor amenities, we enjoyed their new patio furniture this visit, and noticed a couple new lawn games. Our daughter has two more years in Ithaca's PT program, so looking forward to returning several more times in the future!

We had an amazing stay! Sarah the host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The house itself was exceptional — spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was the perfect space for our family, and we felt right at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

The house was adorable, and we loved spending time by the serene pond, where we even caught some fish! The location was amazing, and we can't recommend this place enough. Kelly’s place was very welcoming. She had a well stocked kitchen like she said. Since we stayed over the Easter holiday that was a huge help. Loved that we were able to bring our dogs. Nights were quiet and the light show was pretty cool. Definitely recommend this one

A lovely, quiet getaway spot for humans and dogs alike. The sunroom was amazing and the view out of the back was 180 degrees of green fields and an expansive Mountain View. My dogs just stared out the windows like it was “Petflix”. We were about 10-15 mins away from Ithaca, but on the way there was Robert Truman State Park and Buttermilk Falls, plus Ithaca Beer Co and South Hill Cidery. I would highly recommend all of those locations!
