Holiday rentals with a sauna in Choctawhatchee Bay

Great place for a family vacation! Our kids loved the pools and easy beach access, and already asked if we can come back for spring break next year. :) We also appreciated the host's responsiveness and help when we had questions. Would definitely recommend!

BEAUTIFUL condo with second to none views of the Gulf. Unit was clean, comfy, homey, and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Alex is a wonderful host. 10/10 recommend booking.

Jamie at the front desk was so kind and helpful! The space itself was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our girls trip! The only thing was the Jacuzzi could use a good clean. There's some suspicious black buildup around the edges that needs scrubbed. Other than that, we had a wonderful time!

We loved our stay and would book again! The location is amazing for beach access and the balcony has an unbelievable view. There were beach chairs and sand toys that made it easier to enjoy the trip and the apartment was cozy and well equipped. Communication was quick, helpful and friendly.

We will return. This is an amazing place to stay, it is beautiful and the beach is really close.

We had a wonderful stay at Chris’s place. We felt very comfortable, nice calm beachy vibe with furniture and decor. Kitchen very well stocked and great to cook meals. Pantry space great too. Bathrooms spacious, bedrooms very comfortable and the walk in master bedroom closet was a wonderful surprise. This is the first place I stayed where there were numerous hangers in each closet which I personally love and appreciate! The views out to the gulf were stunning as the sun glistened so beautifully. The building amenities were great -we enjoyed the gym, BB, tennis and pickleball courts -all very nicely paved. Pool is spacious, heated and access to beach great. Destin keeps beach very clean, “singing”pristine white sand wonderful! Long Walks up and down beach felt very safe barefoot -super clean. There are a few planes that fly right by because nearby airport, but they are mostly smaller planes bc small airport. The sunsets are amazing over the water! Just gorgeous & wonderful!

Our family loved this Condo. Plenty of space for the five of us. 3 beautiful suites, all with amazing views! The views are stunning from every room in the house. Mary was great and easy to work with. Responded quickly to any questions I had and made sure we were taken care of. Easy walk to the beach and the beach was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again and again and again!

Beautiful condo. This was our 3rd visit and it is as beautifully maintained as it was the first visit. The balcony is our favorite space. We would eat our meals there while watching the sunset. We love the convenience of the location and having a reserved parking spot is a plus. Tim is an excellent host. Looking forward to our next visit.

Great location and excellent host! The condo was comfortable and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The space was clean and well-maintained. The area in Destin is fantastic—close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The host’s communication was great: very responsive, clear, and helpful throughout.

Gary’s condo is simply beautiful! We were impressed with the high quality of this condo- beautiful crown moldings, soft fluffy towels with no stains, high end bed linens and comfortable mattresses and pillows. And everything you could possibly need in their well- stocked kitchen. We loved the view from the balcony (15th floor) and enjoyed seeing the stunning sunsets. We made some wonderful memories with our family! Thank you Gary for your prompt responses and for sharing this lovely condo!

A great condo - clean snd nicely organized, with a wonderful location and view. Easy parking and access to pools and beach, right there! Only comment: (temporary) that the elevators are undergoing upgrade - one at a time - we didn’t have any issues due to that, just fyi. It’s a wonderful place to stay - we hope to stay again in the future!

My family and I had the most wonderful time at your property truly a charming and unforgettable place. We drove nine hours from our city, and although the journey was long and exhausting, the moment we opened the door to your beautiful apartment, all the stress disappeared. The space is exactly like the pictures warm, peaceful, and full of harmony. One of the most magical moments was standing on the balcony at sunset, watching the sun slowly melt into the ocean. The golden light reflectad off the water, creating a sense of peace and awe as if time had paused just for us. It felt like being on a cruise, surrounded by nothing but sky and sea. There are no words to truly capture how special this experience was. We will absolutely come back. Thank you for opening your space and sharing such beauty with my family. P.S. We were all truly impressed by April’s artwork her paintings are beautiful and brought such a special touch to the space!

We had a great time. The condo was very clean, neat well maintained and very comfortable. 15th floor gave us an excellent view of the coast from from our balcony Communication with Robert was excellent and check in was easy and quick. Perfect location - Just steps to the beach and close to many restaurants, shops and popular attractions. We took advantage of several of the resort amenities , pools, sauna and fitness center during our stay. The onsite cafe and tiki bar is convenient and had so much to choose from. Plenty of things for everyone to enjoy at the resort- would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Stay here! You will not be disappointed. Super clean, everything looks brand new: paint, flooring, furniture, bedding. Nicely decorated, fully stocked kitchen and good toilet paper..not the 1-ply stuff that you get in many places and nice big, fluffly bath towels. We didn't go to the pools just the beach but it looked like there were plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Bring or buy beach towels. There was only 1 in our unit. The pools and public spaces were cleaned daily. If you go to the beach I recommend the beach service. They set up your chairs and umbrellas for you each morning. You might want to reserve chairs before you arrive if going during the busy season. The onsite Cafe is good. I was skeptical but the sandwiches are hearty and made fresh. Julie is amazing. Very responsive, flexible and knowledgeable about the area. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! I brought my 7 year old for his spring break and he had the best time! He loved the bunkbeds and that they had an indoor pool. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

The house was stunning; the neighborhood was gorgeous. We had our private beach, and everything was a walk away. I felt very safe and right at home.

We love Pinnacle Port and this unit was perfect for me family. Very easy to use, everything you need in the kitchen, lots of seating in living room, comfortable. We will look to stay here again next year!

We enjoyed this house so much! Beautiful home & backyard for hanging out. Great location and only about 2 blocks from a boat ramp if you are in town for fishing. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Beautiful, completely updated condo! Everything was very clean and decorated amazingly. This unit has a gorgeous ocean view, easy beach access, and two awesome pools. We have stayed at Dunes of Seagrove multiple times and this condo was by far the nicest. Great location on 30A, also. We loved everything about our stay and can’t wait to stay at this condo again!

Me and my family enjoyed our stay. The sound of the ocean waves was peaceful. I enjoyed my first visit to Panama and staying here made it more enjoyable.

The condo was absolutely wonderful! Clean and well stocked and conveniently located. We were minutes from restaurants, shopping and activities. This was the most well stocked kitchen in any place we have rented! I don't think there is anything you would need that was not in this kitchen not to mention it was nice and large. The decor was beautiful and made you feel right at home! The condo complex had everything you need. The pickleball courts were a big plus for our stay and pool was large and our sons thoroughly enjoyed it. The patio on the condo was perfect for watching the waves roll in while having coffee or eating a bite of lunch. The master bath was HUGE! We loved the oversized shower. Having a washer and dryer was so nice as we were able to keep up with our laundry easily. I would highly recommend this property for a stay in Destin and we will be back! The host was quick to respond to very pleasant to work with. Thanks so much!

Beautiful space with short walk to the beach! Our young children loved the bunk beds and we loved that they had their own space to nap/sleep so we didn’t have to share a bedtime. We also enjoyed the complimentary beach chairs. Nice location in 30A that didn’t feel crowded but you can quickly drive or bike to restaurants/shopping. The gelato stand and bar on site were also super convenient.

Close proximity to the beach and restaurants. The game room was a plus for our kids!
