Really nice place, clean house. Great view!

It was a perfect stay, the lake view is very nice for a getaway and better to come in the summer

The accommodation is equipped with all the comforts: impeccable cleanliness, perfect temperature, comfortable beds, bathroom and kitchen provided. The windows overlook the beautiful garden shared with the owners of the farm. Near the farm there is a convenience store and the village of Ijevan is just 8 minutes by taxi (very cheap, a trip costs 500 dram) and here you can find bars, banks, supermarkets. But what made the trip special was Nver's family, dad Mikayel, mom Marine, and brother Yura are wonderful people who welcomed me like a daughter and sister. We shared authentic and unforgettable moments, breakfasts together, walks, traditional dinners, chess games, and long chats. Getting to know them was a gift, more beautiful than I could hope for. We loved our stay, the house is truly unique - especially the location by the lake and the views. There was a lot of flies in the evening and morning, so we had to be inside, but the fireplace made it really cosy. We haven’t met Mariam, but we met her father, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. Wish we could’ve stayed longer, maybe next time!
