The 40㎡ 2DK can accommodate up to 4 people (+2 if a toddler sleeps with you), making it perfect for enjoying with close family and friends. Why not forget the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy life by the sea in the great outdoors?　It's also great for remote work and off-site development camps for long-term stays. It is also close to Tsurigasaki Beach, which was the surfing venue for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, and the old Higashinamimi Beach. There are also many restaurants and surf spots within walking distance. You can enjoy a variety of activities such as swimming, surfing, and fishing in the heart of Kujukuri Beach. About 10 minutes on foot to the Olympic surf spot Shitashita Point. The nearest surfing point is Higashi Namimi Shidatrapoint.
