With its five units arranged in a beige gradient, the building looks like a small Southern Italian village.Each villa has its own private entrance, and when you open the door, your very own resort awaits. When you go up to the loft, you can catch a glimpse of the sea through the window.Being able to feel the presence of the sea when you wake up in the morning is a luxury unique to this place. Tai Tung Beach can be reached in around two minutes by car.If you continue past the local beach, it’s about a 10-minute walk.There are also plenty of shops in the area, including a 7-Eleven and a beach café. It is very close to the popular surf point "Higashinamimi Coast", which is bustling with surfers all year round and is representative of the surf town of Ichinomiya. It is accessible in about 80 minutes from Tokyo, and is perfect for a stay with friends. The 40㎡ 2DK can accommodate up to 4 people (+2 if a toddler sleeps with you), making it perfect for enjoying with close family and friends. Why not forget the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy life by the sea in the great outdoors?　It's also great for remote work and off-site development camps for long-term stays. It is also close to Tsurigasaki Beach, which was the surfing venue for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, and the old Higashinamimi Beach. There are also many restaurants and surf spots within walking distance. You can enjoy a variety of activities such as swimming, surfing, and fishing in the heart of Kujukuri Beach.
