There is a fully equipped kitchen. 1 minute by car to Ayayorgi beach clubs. 5 minutes to the centre of Çeşme. It is 10 minutes away from the centre of Alaçatı. I have the tourism rental certificate required to rent out my house. All rooms are air-conditioned, and the pool is private.

Our Blue Flag TEKKE beach is a 1-minute walk away. Your 1+0 room, located on the garden floor of the villa where we live, has a separate entrance and is 40 square metres. Your room has a private kitchen and bathroom. Since we only rent out the room on the garden floor of the villa, there will be no other guests besides you, and you have exclusive use of the garden. There are restaurants, entertainment centres and the marina within walking distance of our house. Alaçatı is a 15-minute drive away. Your room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. We have free parking.

In the summer months, when you leave the house and walk 30 m down, you can swim in the sea and it is free. The house has 3 floors. There is a living room kitchen and toilet downstairs, 3 rooms and 1 bathroom on the 1st floor and the living room where you will feel yourself in the forest on the top floor.
