Our stay was great! The house was even more beautiful than it looked in the photos and everything was spotless. The location was very central and the host was very hospitable. Everything we needed was considered, we had a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. Definitely a place we would want to stay again. I would recommend it to anyone.

The house, which is in a great location, is within walking distance to entertainment venues and restaurants and public transportation. We had a clean, tidy and fully equipped stay, I would prefer to stay in this house if I come to Izmir again. Thank you also for your kindness to our host🙏

We had a wonderful stay at Yagmur’s place! The apartment was very clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The sea view from the balcony was absolutely stunning — perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The location was also ideal — peaceful yet close enough to the main attractions and amenities. Yagmur was a helpful and responsive host. Would definitely recommend this lovely spot to anyone visiting the area!

the house is very clean and all the rooms are very useful , there are no tools that do not work, everything is very new and easy to use. the location of the house is nice, you can easily go to the desired places, it is quiet and nice in terms of privacy. the host, Mr. Gunhan, was kind and helpful , and I was curious about the fact that there were sun loungers, so they bought 2 of the most beautiful sun loungers the next day, thank you. i wish you the satisfaction of those who will go

Extraordinary designer apartment. You feel right at home. Walking 5 min to the sea. Gülcan is extremely accommodating and her son lives right above it if you need anything. The 2 sofa is also very cozy and can be enlarged. Nice garden with a barbecue. Super nice bathroom. And also enough space to work. We'll be back next time. Note. Only a very small double bed and a sofa bed are available temporarily. If you absolutely need a large double bed, ask if it is already available.

Great location next to the waterfront, ideal for walks along the promenade. The host is super responsive, the place is very spacious and well equipped. Nice small touches from the host made us feel at home.

The house was better than shown from the photos and it was big, the hot pool was clean and the temperature was adequate. Kitchen utensils looked like they hadn't been used for a long time. There was also a heating problem, we were cold before lighting the fireplace.

My wife and I had a lot of fun staying in our 2 days. Everything in the house was thought out and spotless. Mr. Ali Ozan was a very caring host. It was a home we would want to stay in again and again. It has a very suitable environment, especially for those who are considering remote work. Not to mention our friend Nina in the garden, she was a very smart and affectionate dog. & Thank you for everything

We stayed in the house for 2 nights, everything to meet the needs of the person has been considered. A house that can be accommodated for a long time. Peaceful, quiet, calm. 3 couples can easily stay. Only the bed in one of the rooms was for 1 and a half people, not a double. We did not have any problems due to our number of people, but future couples can keep it in mind. Other than that, everything was great. Thanks to the host and see you again 😌

Our host, Ms. Günay, was very kind, caring and friendly. We stayed in the comfort of our own home. We did not have a problem with the house. It is a calm and peaceful location almost at the zero point of the sea. When it rained a lot on the last day, our host said that we could leave later so that we would not be victimized. The house was in a very ideal location for Urla, we had easy access to everywhere we wanted to go, we had everything we needed in the house, especially spending time in the garden, so we chose to cancel the restaurant reservations and spend our evenings in the garden. Our hosts were extremely interested. It was a place we wanted to come back to.

We stayed at Ferdi's place for a week and had a super nice time. Various beaches, restaurants and convenience stores can be reached quickly. With the Dolmus, other places (such as Alacati, Cesme city) are also easily accessible. Glad to come back!

Ben's house was in a very good place in terms of location, the description of the house was very good until the place of the key, it was very nice when the description was followed, everything was close to the beaches, the location was close to the beaches, 5 minutes by car, 15 minutes on average, everything is very comfortable, the restaurants were very nice in the evenings. It takes 5-6 minutes by taxi to the center of Çeşme, very comfortable location, the house was very nice. I helped us a lot with everything, thank you very much, we are already making our next year vacation plan for this place. I think it's very affordable in terms of price. There is a boat tour nearby, we used them in the center of Çeşme, the time is very fun, thank you very much for everything.

Lovely stay. Got picked up from the airport, which was hugely appreciated as I was a bit worried about getting a taxi in the evening. Very nice chats. Amazing view of the sea. Comfortable bed.

In addition to being a house decorated with nice and quality materials, there was none in the house. There are kitchen utensils that meet all the needs and also has a garden that will have a very pleasant time, the house is also a 10-minute walk from Mimoza and Bodrum beaches. We would also like to thank Mr. Osman for his interest and quick replies.

Modern and clean apartment with a great view. There’s a Carrefour very close by for groceries, and we frequently walked to the marina. I recommend walking up the nearby hill for panoramic views of the area.

We had a very nice stay in Cesme. The place was clean and had all the listed amenities. It’s close to some supermarkets and restaurants and around 10 minutes drive to the town center/marina. Kemal was a very friendly and helpful host As an added bonus, you may make a couple cat friends in the back yard
