A cozy and bright room located at The Reserve at 4th and Race in the heart of downtown Cincinnati. You're a short walk to many restaurants and nightlife. This historic building built in 1927 was redesigned in 2012 to include 88 apartments, a fitness center, and a rooftop terrace. This private room is a quaint space that has a king bed, bathroom, desk, tv, internet, mini-fridge, microwave and a SmartLock which will only work with your code during your stay. Parking is additional.

This is an Apartment /Mother in law suite that is connected to my home. You have a separate Front and Back door. One bedroom, Full kitchen, queen bed, and queen sofa bed in the livingroom. Driveway Parking. Backyard and Sun porch are shared spaces that includes a huge in-ground pool, trampoline, beautiful screened in sun porch, outdoor dining, fire pit, hot tub, and the backyard is fully fenced in. The pool is now open! Laundry and Ev Charger can be used for a fee.

Fully Private Studio basement apartment. Private entrance. Beautiful 1 acre yard with lots of trees, and a small creek. Wonderful place for birdwatching! The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.

Private suite on ground level of house (private entrance) in beautiful Park Hills. You have your own parking right next to your entrance.
