It has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable and cosy lounge with 3 sofas, a, light and airy dining room and a downstairs cloakroom. The first floor has 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom, the 2nd floor has a suite with bedroom and bathroom.

The detached annex is on 2 separate levels, self-contained allowing peace/privacy throughout the stay. Accessed down a shared drive to the end of our cottage garden, benefiting from stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Within walking distance to the Crown at Ampney Brook where you can enjoy drinks/food.

We are a 7 minute walk to a Sunday Times Gasto pub, The Plough by Sam and Jak, and less than 5 minutes to the fields entering Cirencester Park, or The Stratton Hotel Spa (1/2 day bookings available. Off road parking is included. We can accommodate 3 people with an extra charge.
