The home is located on the desirable east bench (Olympus Hills) of Salt Lake City with amazing views of Mount Olympus and is within a few minutes of several trailheads for hiking, trail running, snowshoeing, skiing or biking (mountain and road). Main floor recently remodeled interior is spacious with room to comfortably entertain and socialize with friends and/or family.

You can hike and bike without getting into a car. If you are planning your IKON or EPIC ski trip or Sundance Film Festival visit this is a great location.
