If you would like a taste of peaceful countryside we would love to welcome you to our detached dormer bungalow set in a acre of field and garden with probably the most amazing views ever. So whilst the area is quite rural it is conveniently situated between Leeds and Manchester and only 10 minutes from the M62. During your stay regardless of your group size you will never be sharing with strangers as we only host guests in the same group.There is also ample secure gated parking on the drive.

A welcoming double room in my two bed apartment. The room is bright clean & fresh looking on to the garden. Room complete with ample storage space, a comfortable double bed topped with feather duvet & pillows for a peaceful night sleep. Access to the bathroom with a WC, shower & use of the shared kitchen. A 25 minute walk into city centre or if you would rather frequent buses to town or rail station set off from right outside the apartment. If have any other questions don’t hesitate to ask!
