This beautifully renovated 1 bedroom apartment (with sofa bed) is just south of Seaview Golf Course and 200m from the beach. Beach cafes, bars, restaurants and the train station are all within a 10 minute walk. Full kitchen facilities and ocean views from the balcony! We provide tea, coffee, milk and cereal as basic breakfast items. Smart TV with free to air TV apps installed. Streaming services available. Due to beach location phone signal can be patchy as mobile towers are over the ridge.

Leighton beach is only a 20 minute walk away, or Nth Fremantle foreshore is under 10 minutes and a great spot for a picnic. North Fremantle Train Station is just under 10 minutes walk and only 1 stop into the heart of Fremantle.

Laundry facilities are available in the main house by request. Also happy to try and accommodate flexible check in/ out times depending on availability

It has been designed to accomodate both short term and long term stays and is also available for location photoshoots.The cabin offers multi-purpose accomodation for professional travellers, couples or families. Two bedrooms both with ensuites and a beautiful open plan living space that spills out onto the deck. Spacious and accomodating, 70sqm of living + 30sqm outdoor deck, courtyard and single carport.

The Boathouse - Studio in Perth's Gastronomic Hub

We are peacefully located, close to Vic Park cafes, Airport less than 15 minutes drive. Our SMOKEFREE studio is completely separate and therefore ISOLATION friendly, but requires a higher nightly rate to cover extra isolation requirements, eg. delivery of grocery items if required. Specific cleaning/sanitisation fee for extra cleaning currently required to ensure everyone has a safe and worry free stay with us, Liz & Chris.
