Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

My home is located in elegant Chamberí district, in Central Madrid, with direct underground connections to the airport, all historical landmarks (Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Gran Vía...) and both high-speed-train stations. It has a 35m2 living room, a 12 metre long balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom and bedroom. It is very sunny, has beautiful views upon a palace and gardens, and not a single step from outside. This is my own home, where I live myself when in Madrid, so it is very well equipped.

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THE NOISE FROM THE NEIGHBOURS. No parties or drinking. Perfect cleanliness included. Lots of light, quiet neighborhood, metro in front ,you will love it. Especially for couples or people taking exams, there is no noise. Sleeps 3 people. Wi-Fi. Superquipado. For parking, there is a green and blue paid area, rent parking for a reasonable price, as long as I don't need it. I'm booking the whole weekend. There are supermarkets nearby, bars, park, etc.

Is spotless, tidy, freshly painted with good maintenance. It has been renovated in August 2023. Very cosy, bright, good energy, quiet and very simply place.
