A little corner of paradise close to everything and at few steps from the sea... just relax and have the song of waves for lullaby! Free parking spots at 1 min walking, train station at 5 min walk (direct shuttle to the cruise ships) and the port at 10 min walk. Restaurants and bars are just downstairs but if you like something really special, try our Cooking Class or our Italian Family Dinner !

The apartment "le antiche mura" is located in a historic building of medieval origin in one of the most picturesque corners of the city. Inside, you can still see the path of the old defensive walls. Another valuable detail is a beautiful exposed column in the center of the living room. Located on the second floor with an elevator, the 93 sqm accommodation is comfortable and the large windows provide brightness and excellent views of the square. Nella zona cI sono ristoranti e locali dove poter degustare un buon aperitivo o un buon pasto di pesce. l'appartamento è di circa 100 mq ed ha a disposizione 1 cucina, 1 sala da pranzo con divano letto matrimoniale, 2 camere matrimoniali e 1 bagno.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

The apartment is two floors below the square, entirely dug into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noises of the street, quiet, private, and very welcoming. The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.

Open space composed of a double bedroom, small living room with sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen and a 120 m2 terrace with a splendid view of the sea and the city. It is located a few steps from the railway station and is about 300 meters from the port. The apartment is not accessible to people with mobility difficulties, the building has a lift up to the 12th floor, the 13th floor is accessible only by stairs.
