La casa di Joly è stata ristrutturata da poche settimane in stile moderno. Dispone di 3 ampie camere da letto, 2 bagni ed una cucina, wifi e phon. La struttura presenta uno spazio esterno privato dove si può parcheggiare. La zona è tranquilla, silenziosa e lontana dal traffico. La posizione è ideale per visitare i Cunicoli di Claudio (a 3 minuti), per escursioni in montagna (Velino, Ovindoli e diversi sentieri locali). E' distante circa 110 km dall'aeroporto di Pescara e circa 1h da Roma.

Perfect for couples, but also comfortable and welcoming for larger families. This house is located in a characteristic alley of the medieval village of Civitella Alfedena, in the heart of the Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park; reachable only on foot, away from the noise of cars, it allows you to experience village life in the human dimension typical of mountain villages. Free parking in the village from 50 to 200 meters away. Wifi. You can use the fireplace and buy wood, to be ordered - bag of about 20kg, €10.00. Pets are allowed.

Lovely recently renovated historic house with a beautiful view of the Roveto Valley mountains. Developed on three levels, it has a bedroom with a double bed, kitchen, two bathrooms and living room at the entrance (with a sofa bed). Free parking, usually free, is a few meters away. Supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurants easily reachable by foot and located within 700 m. 30 meters away is the important historical site of the Emissary Claudio Torlonia.
