Profitez du calme de notre charmant T2, entièrement rénové dans un petit ensemble de 2 appartements. Vous disposez en rez-de-chaussée d'un accès individuel ainsi que d'un jardin sans vis à vis exposé plein sud. Situé en face de la promenade piétonne du quartier Torcatis, plus besoin d'utiliser la voiture grâce à l'accès direct au centre ville via la passerelle piétonne. Les places autour du logement sont gratuites, sinon un petit parking à 2€ la journée se trouve juste devant l'appartement.

Guests can enjoy the beaches of Barcarès and Torreilles (5 km), the Rider spot of Leucate (10 min), Spain (40 min), 10 min from the Christmas Village of Barcarès. The house is 80 m2 and the garden is 50 m2.
