The space is comfortable, very clean, fast WiFi, private laundry, smart TV, as well as many other amenities. Space for two, solo and business travelers.

Basement Dwelling

This basement efficiency apartment has its own entrance off the driveway next to the sidewalk and has everything you might need to be comfortable. The ceiling is not that high so I recommend it for people under 6'2". My family including a dog and cats live in the house above so you might hear us but they don’t have access to the apt. Gas and/or electric heat that you control, smart TV and recliner that will stand you up. I do allow animals if you pay the $20 pet fee and see rules.

The apartment is below our home so we can only accommodate guests on the reservation. The neighborhood is quiet but the Dekum Triangle is about 3 blocks away and is bustling with places to eat and drink.
