Welcome to Island Peace, our beautiful island getaway for family vacations or small retreats. We’re located in a quiet neighborhood with ample yardspace for playing and watching the deer roam. Located a couple-minute walk to a semi-private sandy beach, you can swim in the crystal clear, shallow water of the St. Clair River’s South Channel while watching freighters pass by. Enjoy fishing or watching sunsets from our North Channel dock or one of the several DNR access points throughout the island.

Our historic apartment located in Central Downtown Richmond is a perfect stay for all occasions. Built in the 1800s this space has so much character and history. Decorated in retro vintage/ boho decor you’ll feel nostalgic and at peace while being here. The buildings downtown are beautiful and the view of Main Street will make you feel like your in a big city while still being in this quaint busy little town with so much to offer! Walking distance to bars, restaurants, and so many cute shops.

On Broadway/with Balcony Riverview Apt. B

We have an eclectic decor,with a great balcony view of the St.Clair river. Just relax and watch the freighters and pleasure boats go by. If your looking for lunch or finer dining we are just blocks from Gars (with their famous 1# burgers) and brew; The Fish Company is walking distance with their new addition up stairs with expansive balcony, and oh did I mention they have great food. The Little Bar is just a small drive about 10 + block south of town with amazing dining and drinks. No pets

Historic 1907

This is a historic place that was born out of a fire in 1906 and rebuilt in 1907 as the dry goods store. The open floor plan is 1400 feet of room to relax and there is even more to explore in this water front neighborhood. Boaters and fishermen love this place. There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance even more within a short drive. There are multiple public boat access points within minutes. We also have plenty of parking space for your vehicles, boats and trailers.

Perfect Hunting or fishing lodge, but spacious and comfortable enough to bring the entire family for a weekend of fun. Located in the heart of lake st. clair boating central. Seawall can be made available for guests who would like to bring a boat, and a boat launch is within 2 minutes. There is parking for two Vehicles and two boat trailers, or 4 Cars. Arrangements can be made for extra trailer parking required. Perfect location for lake Duck hunting and Ice Fishing as well!
