Located along the St. Clair River at the apex of nostalgic Broadway and Marine City’s Nautical Mile sits Harbor House. In the morning, enjoy the sunrise over the river while the ships pass. Later, head out your door and explore the many antique shops on Broadway or visit the various Parks, Shops and Restaurants along the river. Have kids? we are situated conveniently between the City Beach and Harbor Park. When the day is done, sit around the fire pit on the water and recap your great day.

We have hosted over 500 guests ranging from a full boyscout troup to the broadway cast of The Book of Mormon to the parents of kids who play basketball at the highscool nearby. We have a large yard with a patio near the carriage house, covered porch, grill, bbq pit, bocce court, and outdoor living room (summer). We have a dog that has yard access. Private, secured parking is available for 1 car. Families are welcome, as are pets. We recommend families 3+ contact us before booking to ensure the space will work for you.

Seawall can be made available for guests who would like to bring a boat, and a boat launch is within 2 minutes. There is parking for two Vehicles and two boat trailers, or 4 Cars. Arrangements can be made for extra trailer parking required. Perfect location for lake Duck hunting and Ice Fishing as well!
