Stay in Hopeland Farm's historic 1867 Stone House, a beautiful renovated farm house with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. With updated kitchen and bathrooms, the Stone House offers the charms of 19th century architecture with modern comforts. The house features an open dining/living room and 2 staircases. Upstairs you’ll find 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom and 2 bedrooms that share the master bathroom (Jack and Jill style). Hopeland Farm is a 100 acre working farm just 10-15 min from downtown Lititz.

Located on a farm in the heart of Amish country and amid one of the largest concentrations of antiques in America, we are central to many attractions, yet quaint and secluded enough to provide a relaxing retreat. The Covered Bridge Cottage started out in the 1800’s as a mill office and over the years was converted into a home through several additions. The house has been in our family for close to a century and it was our honor to restore it to a comfortable, energy efficient, durable home.

Rustic Haven - West

Make yourself at home in this cozy Ephrata getaway! You’ll be staying in Rustic Haven West, one half of a duplex, with the other half, Rustic Haven East, also an Airbnb owned by us. Each side is rented separately, but both can be reserved together for larger groups or families. Nestled on a quiet street, this retreat offers easy access to nearby attractions. Greystone House

Our goal was to create a cozy and quiet place to relax in or as a home base for checking out the area. Most of Lancaster Co. is less than a 30 min. drive away. A cafe, pizza shop and ice cream shop (the best!) are about 1/2 mile away. Many more are close by in the town of Ephrata or just a few miles farther in the town of Lititz-home of Wilbur chocolate. You will have your own space in our home, but separated by a locked door.
