Newly refurbished for the 2024 season, self-catering gîte for two in rural France, offering a double bedroom, en-suite walk-in shower room, open plan living with log fire and two private patio areas. It's a wonderful situation at the head of the beautiful Gatine valley. Ideal any season for walking, cycling or simply taking time out. In the winter months you’ll be cozy with the log burner - and there are heaters if you need extra warmth in a cold snap - just ask, we’re always nearby to help.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

The garden is shared with us My place is close to Puy du Fou, Futuroscope, Center Parc... You'll love my place because of the outdoors, the ambiance, and the location. Je suis située à 1h du puy du fou, 1h du futuroscope et 1h des marais au milieu des 3 sites emblématiques qui entoure mon exploitation.

Ideally located for sightseeing trips: 1 hour from Puy du Fou and Futuroscope, 45 minutes from the Poitevin marsh, and 1.5 hours from the Charente and Vendée coasts. Horseback riding. Duvet with cover not provided, possible for an extra charge of €20. Towels not provided. No smoking in the tree house.

Cap au P'tit Pont bed and breakfast with hot tub and private pool

Located 35 minutes from Puy du Fou, Cap au p'tit pont welcomes you in a quiet and green environment. Part of the farmhouse, accessible independently, is entirely dedicated to you. A friendly space with a bistro atmosphere where you can have fun with leisure games as well as relax on the veranda with unlimited access to the spas just for you. Private 4x2 swimming pool open on May 1st, solar heating, so we cannot guarantee an exact temperature.

You will stay in the front part of the house, a 2-room studio In the countryside but close to all amenities, a bakery and a 24/7 API grocery store in the village of Viennay, 2 minutes by car. A larger bakery with snack bar open 7 days a week with bread machine 3 minutes away. Berthonniere fruit and vegetable shop. Possibility of picking as well. And 10 minutes from downtown Parthenay
