Sleeper Couch upstairs: Sleeps 1x adult in open area between bedrooms (not private). Full set of linen provided. Main floor: Gorgeous indoor-outdoor living space, with fully retractable doors for maximum living and entertaining and breathtaking view of the ocean and Clifton Beach. Sliding doors open to beautiful, expansive terrace with private pool, top-of-the range gas barbeque, bar fridge, outdoor shower & designer loungers and comfortable sitting area. Spacious open-plan kitchen & scullery and brand new top-of-the range appliances including Jura coffee machine, wine fridge, washer, dryer, dishwasher etc. Lounge, with ocean views features large 65 inch TV with local cable (DSTV), Netflix & new, centrally controlled indoor and outdoor music system. Main floor also features: • new indoor installed gas fireplace • newly renovated guest bathroom on the main floor • dedicated, quiet work station area SECURITY: State of the art alarm system with remote control and multiple sets of master keys Cameras cover external entire house, including perimeter of the property for maximum security FOR THE MOMS: •Child Sitters, Personal Tour guide/ driver & Private Chef recommendations. High speed Wifi, Dstv (cable) & electricity all inclusive of price. Guests can access the entire home. (aside from owners private, locked storeroom behind the scullery). PLEASE NOTE: The home is situated on Clifton Steps which is a flight of steps from the road - either up to Kloof Road or down to Victoria Road (Victoria Rd accesses the beach.) No private parking. You will have to climb steps. As a designated SUPERHOST I am here to help as needed. I give my guests the privacy they require but am available via WatsApp or text message. If you need me, I am just a message or phone call away! The home is in Clifton, an exclusive residential suburb of Cape Town that showcases 4 immaculate beaches. The V&A Waterfront is a great day out for shopping, visiting the Two Oceans Aquarium, and taking Robben Island boat trips. If you are getting around - there is a very reliable bus transport system called MyCiTi. It’s safe & reliable. Also open-top Sightseeing buses are a great way to see the City and surrounds. But mostly visitors and locals use Uber - its quick, fast & cheap. The 2nd & 3rd Bedrooms don't have TV's. PLEASE NOTE: The home is situated on Clifton Steps street which is a flight of steps from the road, up or down, to the home depending on which way you arrive from. So you will have to climb steps. There is no private parking.

The most luxurious and beautiful home on Clifton beach including 4 ensuite bedrooms, living room and outdoor deck and heated rim flow pool that faces the ocean a few steps away. A state of the art movie theatre, barbecue and second mini kitchen with unparalleled views of the ocean and mountains a few steps away. A gorgeous heated rim flow pool and outdoor patios are at your disposal and overlook third beach clifton a few steps away. State of the art security linked up to armed response company 24/7. The bungalow is in the most famous area of Clifton on the Western Cape’s Atlantic Seaboard. Clifton third beach is in fact a protected nature reserve and is one of the most breathtaking locations on earth. Clifton is home to Millionaire’s Row and is known as Cape Town’s St Tropez. There are 4 dazzling white sandy beaches separated by granite boulders. These beaches are literally a few steps away from the bungalow which is also only a kilometer away from shops, night-life and restaurants. By car, bus, Uber or walking. From the airport use either an Uber or taxi and use the address 22 Victoria Rd Clifton. Then when you arrive you will be at the parking and bus stop of third beach clifton. Walk down the steps at the bus stop side keeping right until you reach bungalow 25. You can always call us and we will fetch you from the parking as well. Access to the home is provided by key and code. Host is available to you when required. Should you need shopping and cleaning done that can be arranged. We will always check you in face to face and do a handover and explanation of how to use all the facilities.

Simply beautiful space overlooking the sea. Ideal for couples and digital nomads. Ground floor of heritage house. Extensively renovated in 2017. Owner decorated with top quality finishes and touches. Very secure, central living in beautiful WIND FREE Bantry Bay. Expansive deck, indigenous garden, outside eating under the vines. Access to great restaurants - Camps Bay and Sea Point. Very unsuitable for small children. Access via many steps both up and down. Below the deck is a big wall and drop.

You’ll love the ocean views and the spectacular sunsets. Walk down the Clifton Steps to Victoria Road and then down to 2nd beach. Camps Bay is a stroll down the scenic Kloof Road and the V&A Waterfront a 10 minute drive. My place is great for 3 couples, business travellers, and families (plus sleeper couch for extra kids). 2 cars park securely, high speed fibre Wi-fi and Cable Tv with air conditioning in all the rooms and lock-up and go electric shutters with an alarm and security response.
