Spectacular sea views in quaint Kalk Bay

The sea views from our airbnb suite (2 bedrooms and a lounge) are fabulous. Behind us is the mountain reserve and in front lies the wide expanse of False Bay. Down below on the rocks is a natural tidal pool, safe for swimming. We are close to Kalk Bay fishing harbour, the quaint Kalk Bay village, several other tidal pools (perfect for cold swimmers!) and Fishhoek & Muizenberg beaches. We have newly renovated and enlarged our Airbnb space which is now separate from our living space and private.

Large sliding doors disappear into the walls creating an unimpeded indoor/outdoor flow while the elevated position protects your privacy. The open plan bathroom faces onto an enclosed secret garden which includes a frame-less glass shower. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette and is serviced daily except weekends and public holidays.

If you want a true getaway surrounded by nature with endless sea views yet be close to all that Cape Town has to offer, then look no further. Our cottage is the perfect escape, for a weekend or to write that novel that you need to bring into the world. In the winter cuddle up in front of the cozy fire place and watch the whales ad dolphins, and in the summer enjoy BBQs on the decks. My place is fairly close to Fish Hoek Beach, supermarkets (Woolworths, Pick n Pay), train, mountain hikes. You’ll love my place because of it's old-world charm, pretty garden and secure parking. My place is good for couples (possibly with a small child), solo adventurers needing a base.
