Gaze Across the Atlantic from a Glass-Walled Haven

Both bedrooms lead to balconies, the views are spectacular. We are connected to a 24 hour security service that will escort you into the apartment if you are coming home late or alone. The whole apartment is available. Open plan lounge dining kitchen and two en-suite bathrooms, entry area and deck. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay. There is air conditioning in all rooms

Eclectic Industrial Loft in an Old Tea Warehouse

Step back in time in this renovated 110-year-old building. The vast open-plan apartment features soaring ceilings, a blend of industrial finishes and boutique design, and pops of color throughout, as well as a spiral staircase to a raised bedroom. Extremely spacious and bright. Floor to ceilings are 4,5 meters. It’s well equipped with custom made furniture, art books, and fast internet/Netflix premium. The entire apartment. The area has some great coffee shops and restaurants. Walking, Uber, MyCiTi bus. The city can be lively during daytime and there can sometimes be noise at night in the neighborhood. The loft is located in the heart of East City, the (newest) trendy area in central Cape Town.
