Triplex idéal pour 1 ou 2 couples pour une escapade citadine en bord de mer. Excellent point de départ pour rayonner dans le Finistère-Sud entre Concarneau et la pointe de La Torche.

Quiet house with character, Loctudy – Lesconil

Ideally located 1.8 km from the charming port of Lesconil and the large white sandy beach. Living room, open kitchen, living room/wood-burning stove, sofa bed, bathroom: shower and toilet. Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Possibility of lunch/dinner outside in the shared courtyard of this Breton farmhouse (south facing). Baby kit available on request.

Beautiful single-story villa near the port and the beautiful beaches of Sainte Marine with private indoor pool heated to 29 degrees, accommodating 6 adults and 4 children. Park your car and relaxation is guaranteed, everything can be done on foot or by bike. The Villas Majolie were built in 2024. 4 bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. The interior is neat, hotel-quality bedding and the environment is very quiet. The grounds are completely enclosed.
