Monthly Rentals in Cổ Nhuế 1

Stayed here for three nights, I self checked in after midnight and it was an easy process to figure out. The building is very secure, didn't feel unsafe at all. Location - I loved the location, I was amongst where the locals live, not the tourists. The studio flat is over an hour walk from Hanoi Old Quarter, Taxi/Bike is 15/20minutes. Building - Please note this is a new building, there is currently work going on - until completed, you will hear banging. Washing Machine - is located on the 7th floor, I messaged the owner as I didn't know where it was at the time (no details on AirBnB profile) the owner got back to me over 24hours later late at night, I was leaving the following morning. Please note you will need to buy your on washing machine detergent etc. Studio Room - Was perfect, nice clean bathroom, shower was lovely, comfortable bed, air con was a blessing and having a fridge to put my water in, couldn't go wrong. Overall, I highly reccomend.

Had a super nice stay here, the apartment has a nice modern and cosy touch and was super clean. Great shower with nice hot water as well. We arrived very late at around 2am which was not a problem as you check in via a keypad. Huy was very responsive and helpful providing all the information we needed as well as giving us nearby suggestions to explore. One thing that could be added is a blanket/ cover for the bed in the front room, it is a fold out sofa but we could not find a cover however it was still a comfortable stay. Would definitely consider returning if in the area in the future.

I was here in November 2023, now I'm back again and I would come back again and again. In this district you will not miss anything and you can quickly get from A to B as well as to the main attractions. If you want to get to know the real Hanoi with its locals, then come here. The place also has everything you need and the family is very nice, accommodating and helpful.

Very comfortable stay!! Had everything we needed and though our stay was short, it was lovely. One thing to note is that the kitchen and bathroom are not directly connected to the suite - but that was not an issue for us at all. Overall a wonderful stay and would 10/10 recommend!
