Monthly Rentals in Coburg North

Oikos is a sweet sanctuary in the city. Quiet, private, peaceful. Beautifully built, light filled rooms with garden views, lots of closet space and a comfortable bedroom. It’s an easy walk to the train, shops and a pretty little lake and riverside walking path. Tessa and David are kind and thoughtful hosts who made us feel right at home. Recommend!

Generally our stay at Ahmed's place was good. Our communication with Ahmed was good. There were some things that need fixing: give the unit number as well as the street number, supply dishcloth and tea towel, install towel rails in bathrooms. We did have trouble getting into the place for reasons that were beyond air b&b and Ahmed. We received too any emails over the days before our booking so it was hard to recall just which ones were relevant. The one that described entry procedures must have arrived while were travelling all day by ferry, coach, aeroplane, and private car. We simply did not have an opportunity to receive and study the email. When I did later open the email I found that the entry instructions were given in great detail: good. But the print was small and difficult to read. Especially as I am a senior person with not good eyes. Personally, I'd prefer a simple lock box and key or touch pad an code, a pad that was not as digital fickle as Ahmed's. Ahmed arrived to help

Great place to stay and the owner is very helpful. Natural wake-up and unique design of the room.
