Holiday rentals in Coccomaro DI Cona

Daniela and Filippo are beyond super host, welcoming kind and responsive. I was lucky to meet Daniela upon arrival and get to know Fllippo who helped me with every single inquiry during my stay promptly. The apartment is neat, location is good and it has everything I needed and more. It will be always my choice in Bologna. Thank you so much for everything.

Almost everything was great, especially the kitchen and bathroom. Since Italy has stringent recycling and garbage disposal rules, it was unfortunate that the apartment did not have presort bins. Worse yet, the previous tenant lost the key card needed to dispose of miscellaneous waste (i.e. stuff that isn't simple paper, plastic, glass, or organic - which is more than one would think) so we needed to be rather creative about that. It would have been better had we been told about it ahead of time. The other oddity was that the dining table had only one chair, making it an awkward arrangement for two people. The kitchen counter had two stools but we needed that space for makeshift recycling bins. The apartment faces the courtyard which avoids all street noise but not air conditioning unit noise should you want to leave the window open. It's a 15 minute walk to the train station but 25 minutes to the old city center. However, bus service is plentiful. All in all, we would stay here again.

Great location to catch a flight. Felt right at home. The apartment was fully equipped with everything. The is also a bus which takes you at the airport in 5 minutes if you don't wanna walk. Thank you very match for a stress free stay! ☺️

This was a great apartment in such a beautiful city. It was so clean and updated, and had plenty of space for our stay. Everything is so close to this location as well. We also appreciated that there was an elevator, because hauling bags up and down stairs is very tiring. Thank you Barbara!

Roberto has a beautiful structure that takes care of with love and passion! Our place was the Suite that for six people was perfect! Everything is very clean, tidy and tastefully furnished! The kitchen is shared with other guests and in my opinion this adds points to the already wonderful structure in itself! We will definitely be back!!!!

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. The house was beautiful with a private parking inside the gate. Walking distance to shops and the center of town, which is very picturesque with its castle, shops, cafes and restaurants. Everything was as described in the listing and the host had put up a beautiful Christmas tree. He was also very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Luca.
