Large main door flat with one en-suite bedroom. The bathroom has a bath and also a separate shower. Toiletries are supplied. There is a separate W.C. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs. The living room has two couches, a smart TV with Freeview, DVD player & WiFi. On street parking only. There are bus stops to Edinburgh (approximately 50 mins) and the coastal towns of East Lothian just outside your front door. Self check in makes arrival more flexible. Strictly no smoking or pets.

This is a lovely self catering, first floor apartment in a quiet area of Musselburgh. A short walk from the harbor, beach, play park and shops. Approx 8 miles from Edinburgh city centre and 2 miles from Portabello. Musselburgh Race Course is a short walk away, Musselburgh high street a 5 minute walk, Gullane and other golf courses nearby. "We stayed here for 2 nights and it was amazing! We slept peacefully. We loved this apartment and wished we could stay here longer." (Guest review 2019)

Beautifully modern & impeccably clean 2 bed studio apartment, perfectly located for sightseeing in Edinburgh, the East Lothian coast line, or playing on our famous golf courses. 1 double bed and 1 single bed. (travel cot also available on request). Prestonpans is a beautiful historic town. We are a short walk to the train station and food shops. Edinburgh city is 10 minutes by train (3 stops). Magical memories have fun!

Excellent location amazing views. Central Heating for them cold nights bus every 15min into the most beautiful city in Scotland. Accommodation only play passes can be purchased online or on arrival if you wish. Mary 😀 Unfortunately my guests can’t buy play passes at Christmas and New Year Haven are not allowing it. I’m so sorry I’ve no control over this, hopefully they will resolve this next year.
