As you may have noticed, there is no washing machine among the available services, but there is a self-service laundry not far away.

A large open space of 300 sqm, obtained from an ancient 18th-century stable that is part of the historic Palazzo Secco Pastore from the second half of the 15th century. Loft with large windows overlooking the porch (300 sqm) and the park enclosed by ancient walls. I furnished it with passion, creating a mix of various eras, thus obtaining an original, welcoming and comfortable style. A space deliberately out of time! Ideal if you love the real Lombard countryside. I've lived here since 1995.

Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

L'Abitazione del Lauro, the larger of the two independent apartments, is spread over two floors and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate entrance. It is ideal for families or groups who want to stay in spacious accommodation, just below the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, immersed in nature, in the peace of the countryside, surrounded by wild animals and immersed in the large equipped garden.

The flat has access to the Belfiore gardens which are one of the magical places in Mantua at any time of year. The gardens overlook the Mincio River, which forms the upper lake of Mantua. In the centre is a unique and extensive cultivation of lotus flowers that was planted in the early 20th century. The flat is 2 kilometres from the city centre, which can be reached in 3 minutes by car and 10 minutes on foot via a convenient cycle path. The flat has an underground garage.

Per chi viaggia in aereo dista ad un'ora dall'aeroporto di Bologna e Verona.
