Everything was perfect about this place. Clean and convenient. Home away from home. Very close to everything , around the corner the boat stop to Murano and Burano.

We stayed in this place during the 2025 Easter holidays. It is a very nice and clean accommodation, exactly like the description provided. 10mts to 12mts walk from Mestre station. 3 mts walk to local bus stop. Good travel links nearby. Erika was an amazing host, so as Carmen, who did our check in and checkout. She was very flexible for in and out. There were clear instructions provided. She allowed us to store our luggage at the storage after the check out since we had a tour planned during the day. It was very kind of her. She was always available with her instant responses for any queries. She guided us with all bus/tram details which helped our transportation easy through Venice. Erika even booked a taxi for us to airport when we faced issues with online booking. We were really lucky as we had Erika as our host. Alina let us drop our bags off early which was much appreciated. The apartment is in a quiet residential area which we enjoyed. It has recently been redone so does not have the charm perhaps of other stays but it is clean and functional and had everything we needed. Thank you Alina!

This place is amazing mostly thanks to its roof terrace - it was rather windy this time but otherwise I could imagine spending half of the day on this terrace above Adriatic and watch the blue sea. Clean, cute and stylish place, I loved staying there! Communication was easy and friendly:) Recommended!

We have spent 2 days at Monica's place. In overall, we really liked the place since it has lots of stuffs in it such us dryer, washing machine, coffee machine, air conditioner etc. Basically everything you need. The only minor issue was few mosquitoes flying around since we opened the window.

Patty’s place is great and we happened to know it is close to Olympic 2026 location. Check in instructions are very clear and all the stuffs in the flat is very clean and complete.

Sandro's spacious apartment is tastefully decorated. You'll find everything you need. The location is great, as the apartment itself is quiet, but many nice bars, restaurants, squares, meeting places make for a lively life. As a host, Sandro is incredibly helpful, caring, and always quick to respond to questions. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend it.

We went to a sporting event in Jesolo and therefore the place was perfect. But also in a great location for day trips or beach days.

Aqua apartments was a lovely place to stay. The location was perfect- close to main food areas, yet set slightly back from the main road so it felt very peaceful inside. They were also very easy to communicate with- they answered all questions very promptly and were also very helpful in arranging an airport water taxi for us which made the check in process seamless! Would stay here again for sure!

We loved our stay at the Artist's House! Such a charming apartment in a great location - right in the middle of Venice, but nice and quiet. Everything we needed was provided for us, including an extra bed for our baby, and Katia was super helpful whenever we needed help. We made a mistake with our booking initially, and were very grateful to Katia for helping us fix it smoothly and without issue. Would love to come back to Venice, and will definitely book this apartment again if we do.

I had the the most amazing stay. The view was incredible, especially during the sunsets and thunderstorms. The place was clean, well equipped and spacious. Andraž was very helpful and even gave me and my luggage a lift to the bus station on the morning I left, which was greatly appreciated. I could not have asked for a better place to stay or a better host. Thank you for having me and I hope to come back in the future :)

Nice apartment, has everything what you need to spend your magic time in Venice. Even with baby, Mirko provided us a cot. I had no bad impressions at all. Absolutely worth money spent

Great place for a lot of people or a large family.

Wanted somewhere close to the Archives as I was doing research there. But it turned out to be our favourite sestiere in Venice - much quieter than San Marco but just as central and beautiful. The flat is tucked away but there were clear instructions. We didn’t use the very impressive tub or sauna. You do need to keep the windows closed at night as - while it’s basically very quiet, conversations from the odd late night passers-by are just a few feet away. But the flat was just what we wanted and the croissants at the Archivio bar in Campo S Stin are the best in Venice! Will return.

Awesome place, it was away from the center so it was nice and peaceful. 100% would recommended this place to our friends and family if they ever go to Venice

Wonderful apartment, clean, spacious, everything is available for the comfortable stay of guests. Equipped with modern appliances, dishes, beautiful renovation, all beds are comfortable, bed linen, towels are new and in a large assortment. All appliances are in working condition. Great location, close to the railway, near the house there is a bus stop to Venice and a huge supermarket! We enjoyed absolutely everything, the apartment exceeded our expectations, and the attitude of the hostess to her guests was especially impressed. We travel quite a bit but meeting Lara was special! The hostess was always in touch, helped with tips, gave detailed instructions, met us in person, familiarized us with the apartment, provided all the details, even bought us bus tickets for the first trip to Venice! Lara went above and beyond for us to make our stay pleasant and unforgettable!!!! Thank you for being a fantastic host in a lovely home!

The location was great! Everything is walkable. The host was great in communication with us and made the visit easy. The place is small and if a spa is a bonus for you then this is a great option. Too hot for us to even consider. It was quiet and the a/c worked well. While we never made a meal, there seemed to be plenty of items needed if you wanted to.

A great stay just outside of Venice, for those wanting somewhere quieter than the city itself!

This apartment was an unexpected find in Venice. The floor plan allows for privacy and noise is not an issue. The kitchen is very large and well stocked and there is a dining area big enough to seat everyone. The decks and living room allow everyone to be together or split into smaller groups. Located near the Rialto Bridge with many restaurants and access to shopping and transportation. Exceeded our expectations.
