Large 60 m2 T2 with a large pleasant, functional and cozy terrace. It is a stone's throw from the city center in a quiet residence. The apartment is very bright because the facades are equipped with huge bay windows (living room and kitchen) with stunning views of the Bauges mountains. Jacob campus is 5 minutes away, the hospital is 10 minutes away, and Chambéry city center is 20 minutes away (on foot), close to all amenities. Private park at the bottom of the building with century-old trees and nature nearby.

All the comfort, charm and calm in our apartment located five minutes from the center of Chambéry. Close to lake and mountains. Free parking. Perfect for one/two or three people. Quiet and Comfortable Located near the train station on the Cassine side, and close to the city center. The studio of more than 20 m² is comfortable (real bed 140 x 190), it has private bathrooms and a kitchenette, with stove, microwave and grocery base, tea, coffee, oil...
