This house is a very peaceful and stunning-view opportunity in Levanto. Just at the border of Cinque Terre, you benefit from being out of the confusion and crowds of Cinque Terre, but close enough to reach it fast and easily. Levanto is very easy to get around, you have the train, lot’s of shopping and the restaurants and amenities. The beach is great. Tiziano’s place is on the hills, so, far from the city’s agitation, but also close enough to reach it whenever you want. By foot, the climb is a little sporty, but perfectly doable. The check-in was great with Tiziano’s father, a very warmth welcome and he gave us lots of tips and tricks to get around. His father also helped us a lot with the garbage and recycling, we are very very thankful. The apartment was very clean and has everything. Cool thing : stainless-steel stuff in the kitchen, so, no forever chemicals 👍🏻! TV, WiFi, everything was great. The view and the terrace has a stunning view over the beach and the sea.

We stayed in Nicolò's beautiful house from August 4 to 18, my wife and I and our 2 children aged 8 and 9. We had a great time. We took advantage of the opportunity to eat outdoors and the comfortable swimming pool of the residence. We never had any parking issues. The sea can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Absolutely beautiful apartment. The pros: the view is stunning. The location could not be better. A very peaceful setting where the waves’ gentle sound is audible from inside. Appreciated most at night when going to sleep. The cons: it’s 113 steps from the town below. But, you would not have the amazing view without the 113 steps. The host was very helpful and always responded quickly to our questions.

Silvia's place is a lovely apartment nicely furnished in an old Italian palazzo. You get even a sea view from the master bed room and from the table in the living room/kitchen, just great! We spend a nice week exploring the area. The place is really beautiful and offers all you need. The check-in was easy and communication was fast.

The apartment was absolutely wonderful! Tastefully decorated, perfectly clean, and very well equipped. And of course, the view was amazing! The town centre (with lots of nice restaurants, local shops) and the beach were about 10 minutes walk away. It was quite a down/uphill walk as the whole town is located on a hill. For us it was not an issue but maybe a little tricky for elderly people or small kids. Camogli and the whole area is truly beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay there. I would choose this place as a home. The apartment has been recently renovated, respecting its past but with all the comforts of today. The view of the sea needs no comment. All rooms are impeccably clean. Grace is extremely helpful and responsive. The location is convenient to the station, the bus, the sea and the village center. I miss it already.

Very nicely located accommodation on the hills on the outskirts of Genoa. The view down towards the sea is wonderful and the great garden with sea views invites you to linger. The property has everything you need for a stay, the kitchen is very well equipped and also a washing machine and dryer are provided. The property is easily accessible by public transport, but you always have to take at least 30-45 minutes by bus to reach Genoa. Shops are also a bit away. All in all, we recommend the place for sure.

Very nice house, surrounded by greenery. The view from the bedroom is breathtaking. Diego has always been punctual and accurate in his communications and available for any type of info. Simply put, everything is perfect!

Wonderful stay. Ivan and his family went above and beyond to make us comfortable right away, the house is beautiful and with a breathtaking view. There are several things that make it great for families with children but not only, the interiors are well cared for and the cleanliness is impeccable. Liguria is a land I recently met and it is slowly turning out to be my favorite Italian region, the kindness of people everywhere I went has remained in my heart. I recommend everyone to visit it, the convenient location of the place makes it possible to visit a number of places within a short distance such as the Albenga and Alassio promenade, but also the hinterland, with its farms and various tastings of the excellent local wines and oils. Highly recommended.

We stayed in the house for 8 days. The house is beautifully decorated, the view is amazing. The communication with Cristina was great. She was very quick to respond to our requests, helped us with the tips for the area, was always very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

Matteo is a wonderful and caring person. It helped us a lot . His house is very cozy and clean. He cares about every detail . There were basic items like salt , coffee , olive oil , sugar and the kitchen utensils were complete . Clean, fragrant bedding .Have good restaurants in the village that was also close to the beach . We would go back a thousand times . Speaking of Matteo , I have no words to describe him . Thanks for everything .

Sandra's house is an amazing place, located in a tiny village, on the hills, refined in the smallest detail. The house is comfortable, wonderfully located (those views!). Sanda is a great host, she took care of us from the beginning (thank you for the escort to the house and help with carrying the luggage :)) we highly recommend staying with Sandra - it is a great pleasure to live in such a unique and beautiful house. Spacious and bright apartment. Despite being in the city centre close to traffic it is quiet as it is situated in a gated community. Having a private parking space is also a plus in Alassio! The accommodation was ideal for us - a couple with a 7-month daughter - as everything is within walking distance.

We stayed two nights in this beautiful apartment. Very clean, convenient to the skiing and the village. Responsive, helpful, and friendly host. House with every comfort. The welcome gift is very welcome. Highly recommend!

Paolo was very nice, and we totally liked the place. The view was unique! Walking to the sea and back was too far for us with the kids. But there was a great bus connection everywhere very close by. It was almost impossible to get to the apartment and back out with our VW bus. That's why we always took the public bus, even for shopping. Which was a bit impractical to carry for 7.....But that didn't spoil the great stay.

We had a great stay and we felt very welcome at the place. Daniela helped us with learning about the location and gave us a lot of good tips and advice on how to have a good stay.

We've had a great time, went Swimming, mountainbiking (Varazze is having amazing trails), enjoying the Sun and fresh air our wonderful holiday home. The view is fantastic, at springtime it was very quiet, the beds are supercomfy. You should be able to Do many Stairs

Vernazza is beautiful but can get extremely busy. This apartment was a sanctuary and easy to access in comparison to many other apartments. Be aware though that there are a couple of flights of stairs to navigate, although the whole of the Cinque Terre is steps 🙂

We had a wonderful stay in Sanremo, the flat was very clean and welcoming, better than we expected. There is everything you can need during your stay. We enjoyed staying here and we would definitely recommend it to others. It is a close walk to the center of Sanremo or with the bikes Filippo offers. The pool was not yet open at this time of the year, but this was not an issue for us, we knew it upfront. We would definitely choose Filippos flat once again if we come back to Sanremo. Sublime stay! The apartment is very ideal for a couple with a dog. It is well equipped and the bed is very comfortable. The location is quiet with a splendid exterior that makes you want to enjoy the place and the surroundings! Close to beautiful places between greenery, waterfall and sea but the car seems essential to us to fully enjoy these assets. Federico is a gold owner, he lives above but is very discreet, available, responsive and full of good advice! We loved our stay and have nothing to complain about!
