The villa is onlyrented exclusively to one group of people, so that they are only among themselves and their friends. 100% privacy is always given, and the friendly staff is there to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The villa consists of five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a guest toilet. The communal area consists of a large living-dining room with an open fireplace that invites you to linger. The outdoor area also offers numerous opportunities to make yourself comfortable.There is a large, all-round, covered terrace and an open terrace with a large, heated salt waterpool (usable from April to October). The villa is completely self-sufficient, ie we only use solar power(apart from an emergency generator). The tap water is obtained from a well, and rainwater is usedfor the toilet and washing machine .It is therefore important that you, as a guest, always use these resources sparingly and carefully. Casa Maria is located in Piatra Fantanele-Tihuta at 20 km from Colibita and 2 km from Dracula Castle. The cottage has a number of 5 rooms, the maximum accommodation capacity being of 14 persons. From the floor of the property you can admire the Caliman Mountains and the Rodna Mountains in all their splendor, regardless of the position of the rooms. Each room has its own bathroom and terrace where you can serve coffee in the morning while admiring the dreamy view.

Bun venit, eu sunt Good Vibe Studio – mic, luminos și plin de energie bună. Diminețile încep cu soarele la fereastră, dar pentru liniște am jaluzele blackout. Am TV, Wi-Fi rapid, birou generos și prosoape pregătite. Bucătăria e complet utilată (plita, frigider, espressor, mașină de spălat vase), iar în baie ai mașină de spălat și uscător. Cartier calm, la 5 min de piața centrală, cu parcare generoasă. Nu-ți ofer doar un pat, ci good vibes & relax :)

The location is rented as self catering but of course, customers can benefit from cooked dishes especially for them upon request. The location has 6 rooms with king size bed all with panoramic lake view, each with a generous bathroom and terrace, where it is a delight to serve your coffee in the morning. In the summer season the villa also offers its clients and heated pool.
