"Nice and comfortable house in a residential area within a private subdivision. Very quiet and familiar environment, simple but pleasant decoration, air conditioning in 2 of the 3 bedrooms, the other room was a studio but was adapted as a bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen equipped with the basics. The house is located outside the coto but inside the same fractionation and the pool is located inside the coto , upon arrival we will give you a badge and an access key

The best located house in the subdivision, overlooking the north, the mountains, and in front of the gardens of the clubhouse, where there is a palapa with a large pool.
