Right in front of the apartment is a beautiful garden with a river, perfect for walking, relaxing and observing a variety of plants and birds. The space has: Drinking water, equipped kitchen, work area with folding desk, high-speed WiFi, TV in the living room and ceiling fans.

Beautiful central apartment in the city of Colima. Just 4 blocks from the cathedral. A very cozy space to enjoy as a family or with your partner. All the comforts as if you were at home. We don't have private parking, but you can park right outside the property on the street or if you prefer, due to its proximity to the center, there are parking lots and pensions at good prices near the area.

This apartment is located just a few blocks from downtown Colima and is surrounded by all the amenities you may need. The apartment is on the third floor so it is very ventilated.
