It is a spacious house with lots of natural light with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 on the second floor, a kitchen, dining room and large living room. It also has a terrace overlooking the golf course where smoking is allowed (with restrictions). It is 5 minutes from shopping centers and La Audencia beach. Not included: Laundry detergent, shampoo Extra cleaning during the stay is at the guest's expense.

We have a CO detector If the villa is booked for 2 people, they use only one bedroom, and they will have the whole house except the second bedroom. If the villa is booked for 3 or 4 people, 2 bedrooms and the entire accommodation will be used. Accommodation located 12 minutes by car from the best beach in Manzanillo, for families with children as it has no waves and is very quiet, the beach is called La Audiencia. The villa is private, with surveillance.
